This project was completed in 2018.  Stylistically it combines simple geometry with a more traditional vernacular to create a modern farmhouse.  The house is situated on the lot to maximize the southerly exposure and capitalize on the sunlight and passive solar energy. The interior spaces have a great connection to the outside spaces which provides continuity for entertaining and connectivity with the neighborhood.
