This existing home was in desperate need of updating.  The owners wanted a more transitional style home.  In order to accomplish this, the exterior was simplified for a more modern feel.  The front entry was also moved closer to the driveway for a shorter approach and we added a small entry portico to create a more welcoming feel.

The interior has been updated to accommodate a large master suite and also a more open floor plan with the kitchen opening up to the great room as well as the dining room.  There are large windows and door on either side of this space to allow light to flow through, provide a great connection with the outdoors and also make the space feel larger to allow for long diagonal views.
