EMPTY NESTER
PRAIRIE HOUSE
UNDER DEVELOPMENT
This house was designed for an "empty nester" couple with a large entended family. They wanted single level living with a spacious plan for themselves and also a recreational space for their family to gather. While most of their children and grandchildren live close by, they wanted some extra sleeping rooms for occasional overnight guests or napping rooms for grandchildren.

The walk-out level was designed to be a possible accessory dwelling unit or living quarters for a live in aid if they needed that care so they could age in place in the future.

They also wanted covered space for a lap pool / hot tub to allow for continued exercise as they age and for their family to enjoy.
The footprint is 2,937 square feet with a 954 square foot, 3 car garage and a 400 square foot deck.
