This project involved an existing garage, pool and pool house.  The original house had burned and the concrete structures were left.  The owners wanted to reuse the existing foundation, garage and pool so we retrofitted a contemporary home that bridged the two.  The house is approximately 6,600 sf and has 2,400 sf of garage space on the main and lower levels.  The main level has large windows that open out to the pool, a screened porch with a double sided fireplace and large clerestory pop ups to allow for lots of light into the interior spaces. The lower walk out level has a sunken living room area to allow for a golf simulator.

This home is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2024.
