EDINA FARMHOUSE

This specification house concept utilizes the existing footprint and garage as the basis for a remodel that adds approximately 1,960 sf on the upper levels.  The facade is enhanced by a wrap around porch that includes a screened in area and leads to an open deck connected to a large open kitchen.  The upper level is split between the kids bedroom area (3 bedrooms) with a laundry and a large master suite with a separate sitting area.  Because of the large lot that this spec house was planned for, there was the option to add a separate 3rd car garage with a carriage house bar that opened onto the back yard.
